Clean your phone lists before you dial or text
Upload a CSV. Every number comes back tagged mobile or landline, checked against the Do Not Call registry, and flagged if it belongs to a known litigator. Download only the numbers worth calling.

Three steps from raw list to ready to dial
No setup call, no integration project. The first file takes about as long as reading this page.
- Step 1
1. Upload your list
Drop in a CSV or TXT. We find the phone column, count valid numbers and duplicates, and show the exact cost before you confirm anything.
- Step 2
2. We check every number
Line type, carrier, Do Not Call status and litigator history for each unique number. Most files finish in minutes and you get an email when the job completes.
- Step 3
3. Download what you'll actually dial
Filter to mobile only, drop DNC and litigators, split into files of 5,000, 10,000, 25,000 or any size you like, or push the rows straight into a CRM workflow.
Built for the person who runs the dialer
The parts of scrubbing that usually mean a spreadsheet and an afternoon are handled for you.
Split downloads
Break a 50,000-row result into files your dialer can take, like 10 files of 5,000. Regenerate with a different filter or size any time at no cost.
Your columns, preserved
Every column you uploaded comes back in the same order, with Line Type, Carrier, DNC, Litigator and Status added on the end. Nothing renamed, nothing dropped.
Single lookup
Check one number before you pick up the phone. Line type, carrier, city, state, DNC and litigator status in a few seconds.
A prepaid balance you control
Load what you need, spend it per number. Optional auto-recharge when you run low, a full ledger of every charge, and no subscription to cancel.
Push to a CRM workflow
Link your DuddasCRM account with an API key and send the clean rows into a published workflow as contacts, tagged and enrolled, without exporting and re-importing.
The price before the job
The preview tells you how many numbers are valid, how many are duplicates, and what the job will cost. Duplicates and invalid rows are never charged.
Pay per number. Nothing else.
Load a prepaid balance and you are charged per valid number when you submit a job. No seats, no monthly fee, no contract. Your exact rate is on your account and shown on every preview, and volume tiers are available when you scrub a lot.
Questions people ask before their first file
The same rules apply once you are signed in; there is no fine print waiting on the other side.
What is the DNC list?
The National Do Not Call Registry is the FTC's list of phone numbers whose owners have asked not to receive telemarketing calls. Calling or texting a registered number with a sales pitch can lead to complaints and fines, and it wastes your team's time on people who have already said no.
We flag every number that appears on the registry so you can exclude it with one filter. You decide what to do with the flag; we never remove rows without you asking.
What is a litigator?
A litigator is a phone number linked to a person or law firm with a history of filing lawsuits under the TCPA and similar consumer-protection laws. Some of them actively bait outbound campaigns.
One call to the wrong number can cost more than a year of scrubbing. We flag known litigators so you can drop them before the list ever reaches a dialer.
How is it billed?
You load a prepaid balance with a card. When you submit a file, the cost is your per-number rate multiplied by the number of unique valid phone numbers in it, and that amount is deducted from your balance up front. A single lookup deducts your per-lookup rate.
Duplicates and rows without a usable phone number are free. Generating and regenerating downloads is free. If the provider fails to process a file, the full charge is refunded to your balance automatically. Every movement shows up in your billing history.
How long are my files kept?
Each job is available for 90 days from the day you upload it. During that time you can regenerate downloads and push rows to your CRM as often as you want. After 90 days the original upload, the results and every generated file are permanently deleted. The job's summary stays in your history so your records still add up.
Do you store my data?
Yes, for as long as it takes to serve you: your upload and the results live in private storage so you can download them for 90 days, then they are deleted. We use your list only to produce your results.
We do not sell it, share it, or use it to build lists for anyone else. The only place your rows go besides our storage is the CRM workflow you explicitly send them to.
